Yes. We ship worldwide. Please note: international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. These are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.
We offer store credit on eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery. All returns require approval and must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Once received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.

All custom, personalized, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale. This includes rings made to size, as well as pieces featuring initials, birthstones, or any bespoke detail. Rings ordered online are considered special order. Approved cancellations or exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To ensure your piece is protected in transit, we provide an insured return label. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned.

Our fine jewelry is crafted in solid gold and set with diamonds. We do not produce fashion jewelry, every Victoria Ryan piece is made with 14K Gold and mined or lab-grown diamonds. We do use some semi-precious stones, however, always set in 14K gold and often accompanied by diamonds. designed to be worn, lived in, and kept. We do use leather, which is still produced using 14k Gold and beads, which are semi-precious, and also produced with either Gold or Sterling Silver Hardware.
Yes. Many of our pieces can be customized.
We offer a range of techniques, including hand engraving and bespoke stone setting. Each piece is individually crafted, and final details are confirmed prior to production.
Due to the nature of custom work, modifications cannot be made once production begins.
Fine jewelry is meant to be worn daily.
We recommend removing pieces before intense activity and storing them properly when not in use.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to accommodate changes however, orders go into production very quickly (even on weekends), so any adjustments need to be made before this process has begun.
